Missouri law firm acquires boutique in San Jose

Spencer Fane LLP has acquired Pahl & McCay, a San Jose boutique firm that concentrates its efforts on California’s real estate and financial services industries.
Karen K. McCay, the current managing partner at Pahl & McCay, will assume the role of office managing partner during the transition. As of Oct. 1, the firm will operate under the name Spencer Fane, and the offices will remain in their current locations.
