WOODLAND — No one could accuse Yolo County Superior Court Judge David Rosenberg of leading an unexamined life. He even wrote a book about it.
“At the beginning of COVID, we were kind of shut down,” Rosenberg said. “I had to run court from home on my laptop. I had a fair amount of free time, so I wrote it.”
