WOODLAND - For many judges, politics is something to be avoided in service of nonpartisan, impartial justice. But while Judge David Rosenberg of Yolo County Superior Court avoids external politics like the rest of his peers, he is one of the more active players in judicial branch affairs and has just begun a three-year term as a voting member of the state Judicial Council.
