FAIRFIELD - Solano County Superior Court Judge D. Scott Daniels got a taste of justice as a cocky teenager stuck with a speeding ticket.

He went to court in Vallejo hoping to escape his ticket with a slap on the wrist; a judge had let him off lightly for his last speeding citation.
