Challenge to Napa County Judge Langhorne is a head scratcher
I have long been scratching my head over Napa County Superior Court’s contested judicial election, in which Judge Monique Langhorne is being challenged by an attorney who is breathtakingly unqualified to be a judge. The judiciary and the public would be best served by retaining Judge Langhorne.
